Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order/Refund: 

-All preorders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase.

-If you order multiple items that are both in stock and preorder, they will not ship unless everything is in stock

-All release dates are estimates from the supplier / manufacturer. If a line is cancelled you will be informed via email and refunded.

-Pre-orders are shipped as soon as we get them as it is important for our customers to get their items as soon as possible.
